2. Booking and Registration

To book a yatra, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. By submitting the form, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
• The information provided (Name, Phone, Email, etc.) is accurate.
• You agree to pay the specified package price upon confirmation.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

No Refunds: Please note that all bookings are final. We do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, regardless of the circumstances.

4. Identity Verification

For security and compliance purposes, we may request government-issued identity documents (such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) from all travelers. This verification may be required:

• At the time of payment confirmation.
• Upon arrival at the hotel or yatra starting point.

Failure to provide valid identification may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and for all activities that occur under your registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mahakal Yatra strives to provide the best spiritual experience. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
